Custodians play a vital role in our schools by assisting to create a safe and clean learning environment where all students can participate in learning activities and programs.   What we offer… A starting wage of $30.30 per hour Three (3) weeks’ vacation to start (based on the terms outlined in the current CUPE Local 459 Collective Agreement) Two (2) Professional Developments days and one (1) self-directed professional development day per school year plus access to additional funds for further professional development such as course fees.
